a.  Sunday Cycle C is during years divisible by 3, and Weekday Cycle 2 is during even numbered years.

b.  The first part of Ordinary Time starts the day after (generally the Monday after) the Solemnity of the Baptism of the Lord,

and ends on Mardi Gras, the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday.

c.  In most dioceses Ascension Thursday is celebrated on the Sunday before Pentecost

d.  The Sunday after Pentecost is Trinity Sunday, and the second Sunday after Pentecost is the Solemnity of the Body and

Blood of Christ (Corpus Sanguisque Christi).

e.  The second part of Ordinary Time starts on Monday after Pentecost, and ends on Saturday before the First Sunday of Advent.

f.  The Liturgical year starts the First Sunday of Advent, at which time there is a change in the Sunday and Weekday cycles.
